The legislature will vote Monday on whether to accept the all-party committee&#8217;s recommendation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>             &#8220;This bill needs to die,&#8221; said Dr. Shelley Duggan, a critical care physician who works at Covenant Health facilities in Edmonton. . .
