Canada (Attorney General).<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cfp.ca\/content\/62\/4\/293.full\/reply#cfp_el_14886\" target=\"_blank\">Writing in <\/a>the professional journal\u00a0<em>Canadian Family Physician<\/em> in response to an article by Dr. Stephen Genuis (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cfp.ca\/content\/62\/4\/293.full\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Emerging\u00a0assault on freedom of conscience<\/em><\/a>), Dr. Nancy Naylor\u00a0thanked him for eloquently expressing her thoughts.\u00a0 She\u00a0states that\u00a0mandatory referral for euthanasia or assisted suicide is &#8220;an assault on my integrity and ethics as a physician.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Naylor has been a family physician for 37 years and has been exclusively providing palliative care for the past three years.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I have no wish to stop,&#8221;
