WASHINGTON (CNS) \u2014 A U.S. District Court judge\u2019s Aug. 9 ruling to block the Biden administration\u2019s mandate that doctors and hospitals perform gender-transition procedures despite their own moral or medical objections is \u201ca victory for common sense, conscience and sound medicine.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
